Products purchased on this website are subject to a 30 day return policy. All items must be returned in it's original condition. Open or used products are not eligible for returns/refunds.
If you have a problem or concern with your order/product, it's vital that you contact us within 7 days of your purchase.
Any Digital products, such as, but not limited to videos, and ebooks are non-refundable.
Refund Policy for Infrared Therapy Device
Infrared therapy devices are eligible for return within 14 days of purchase. All items must be in like new condition. To initiate a return/refund for an infrared therapy device, you must call us at 844-400-0101 to obtain a return authorization (RA) code. No returns or refunds will be accepted without an RA number.
Any/all infrared therapy devices sold during promotional programs such as 'Open Box' sale/promotion or 'Demo' sale/promotion are sold 'as is' and are not eligible for return or a refund.
Refunds for Infrared therapy devices are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Refund Policy for Home Care Programs
Doctor Guided Home Care Program are eligible for return within 15 days of purchase. All items must be unused and unopened. Please see refund policy for infrared laser device as it applies to this program. Individual items cannot be separated from the program for the purpose of a refund.

All refunds are processed upon receipt of product(s).
Make sure to include your ‘Return Authorization’ number with the return of Infrared Therapy Devices or Home Care Programs. We highly recommend your insure your shipment.
Please note: A tracking number is highly recommended. Lost packages are not eligible for refunds.
